What is the minimum instalment amount?
There is no fixed minimum. Choose any amount — ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹5,000 or any amount that suits your budget.
Can I pay at any WHP store?
Yes. If you choose Pay at Store, you can pay at any WHP showroom — Borivali, Vashi, Nalasopara, or Vile Parle.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Your scheme month extends until the payment is made. Late fees may apply for multiple missed payments.
How do I redeem my scheme amount?
After maturity, WHP admin generates a coupon code and sends it via SMS. Use this coupon at whpjewellers.com. Online redemption only.
Can I discontinue before maturity?
Yes. Contact your nearest WHP branch for discontinuation terms and refund process.
Can I change my instalment amount later?
The instalment amount is fixed at enrolment. Contact your nearest WHP branch if you need to make changes.
